For the first question, I would ask that you refer to the answer provided in response to spiritthatdenies.

In response to the second… I may have greatly disliked certain actions, certain decisions or certain outcomes that were instigated by my fellow Directors in Shinra but I did not really hate one person specifically over the rest. Hate is a burdensome emotion, I prefer not to let it colour my decision making processes.
