[OOC: No, the strength is there. Everyone who takes but a second’s moment to consider the situation and those involved in it will see strength, plain and true, in both men. Those feelings are more a personal regret, rather than a character flaw.

Your writing is far from incorrect—if anything, it’s illuminating. It can provide even one who writes as one of the characters you’ve taken under wing with insight and potential for consideration. That above all is the mark of a talented writer. He opens the eyes of those who already know a great deal, and widens their perspectives further. This is how all writers grow.

Thank you for writing this piece, even if my thanks come from a secondary source as opposed to the direct purpose for your penning it. It still stands as a profound pinnacle in the choices that both men had to make, in the difficult situations they were thrust into. If anything, you have provided me with more growth in this moment than I often experience after years of RPing with a handful of others.
